GenAI Solutions Architect - BytePlus - Chinese Speaker (Third-Party Associate)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions:

• Contract (12-month temporary assignment managed by a third-party agency)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create effective technical solutions.
• Engage with enterprise clients at all levels (C-level to working level) through the sales lifecycle, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, and workshops.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to product teams, articulating feature requests to influence product roadmaps.
• Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities alongside Account Executives.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in cloud computing and technology ecosystems.
• Strong regional knowledge of the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in Chinese for managing Chinese-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of cloud applications and big data technologies.
• Degrees in computer science or engineering are preferred.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients in fields such as e-commerce, retail, media, entertainment, or gaming.
• Previous roles in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering, particularly in AI/ML, cloud computing, or video solutions.
• Familiarity with Public Cloud use cases and technologies related to edge networks, security, video streaming, and machine learning applications.
