You will collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment in product development and maintain post-sales support to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives. This position offers a unique chance to influence the roadmap of innovation and technology as the company paves the way for a new era.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads and create technical solutions for clients.
- Lead enterprise client engagements throughout the lifecycle, from pre-sales to project implementation.
- Collaborate as a trusted advisor with product teams to shape the product roadmap.
- Ensure product-market fit and close gaps through collaboration with multiple teams.
- Maintain post-sales support and drive upselling/cross-selling efforts.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystems.
- Strong regional experience in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills demonstrated through relevant past projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of cloud-native applications and big data technologies.
- Background in working with large enterprise clients across various industries such as e-commerce and media.
- Experience in a pre-sales role in B2B space, ideally in AI/ML or cloud computing.
- Deep knowledge of public cloud business use cases.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; additional languages may be beneficial.
