You will collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment in product development and maintain post-sales support to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives. This position offers a unique chance to influence the roadmap of innovation and technology as the company paves the way for a new era.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads and create technical solutions for clients.
  • Lead enterprise client engagements throughout the lifecycle, from pre-sales to project implementation.
  • Collaborate as a trusted advisor with product teams to shape the product roadmap.
  • Ensure product-market fit and close gaps through collaboration with multiple teams.
  • Maintain post-sales support and drive upselling/cross-selling efforts.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystems.
  • Strong regional experience in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills demonstrated through relevant past projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of cloud-native applications and big data technologies.
  • Background in working with large enterprise clients across various industries such as e-commerce and media.
  • Experience in a pre-sales role in B2B space, ideally in AI/ML or cloud computing.
  • Deep knowledge of public cloud business use cases.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages may be beneficial.
