With 129 carefully curated rooms, the property brings together comfort, design, and effortless living, anchored by a vibrant signature restaurant that acts as both a social hub and a culinary destination.

On Saudi Arabia’s western shore, Jeddah stands as one of the Kingdom’s most dynamic cities — a place where seaside living, culture, and modern life intersect. From the lively Jeddah Corniche to the historic streets of Al-Balad, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the city offers a unique blend of heritage and contemporary experiences.
Jeddah is served by King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED), located approximately 20 km from the city center, ensuring strong connectivity both regionally and internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the hotel’s general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Ensure smooth operation of accounting processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll support.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely preparation of financial reports.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government entities on audits, VAT, zakat, and statutory filings.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee inventory counts and cost control records.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and local accounting and tax regulations.
- Train and support staff on accounting procedures, financial systems, and best practices.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/SOCPA/ACCA certification is an advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, financial reporting, and local tax requirements.
- Experience with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and accounting software (e.g. Sun Systems, Oracle, or SAP) is preferred.
- Ability to manage reconciliations, reporting deadlines, and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with high proficiency in Excel.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
