GENERAL ACCOUNTING SENIOR ANALYST

About the Role This position is integral to the accounting department and involves managing various financial reporting tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with the Accounting Manager and oversee a team responsible for generating key financial reports and analyses, ensuring that all operations align with departmental objectives and corrective actions. Your contributions will support strategic planning and financial oversight within the organization. Responsibilities - Deploy departmental objectives and Corrective Actions set by the Accounting Manager and align direct reports accordingly to achieve desired targets. - Generate Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and Cash Flow reports on a monthly basis, submitting them to the Accounting Manager for analysis and monthly closing report preparation. - Issue a Full Trial Balance Reconciliation Report on a monthly basis and submit it to the Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting figures. - Review and pre-approve all Transfer Payments prepared by direct reports to ensure their appropriateness. - Review and pre-approve Daily Cash Transactions prepared by the Cashier to ensure their adequacy. - Communicate employees’ deductions and earnings with the payroll unit, referring to employees’ personal account files for inclusion during payroll preparation. - Prepare the “Monthly Expenses Analysis Report” on a monthly basis, displaying variances between actual, budgeted, and previous year’s expense figures. Relay this report to the Accounting Manager to cascade it for each related party. - Assist the Accounting Manager in yearly budget and strategic plan preparation. - Prepare and reconcile Pre-paid Accounts (for insurance, rental, maintenance, etc.) on the ERP. - Prepare the VAT report in coordination with the Accounting Manager and submit it to the Central Tax Department. - Prepare the withholding tax report and send it to the Accounting Manager for review and approval.
