We are seeking an experienced and visionary Generative AI Specialist to design and deploy next-generation AI-powered solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs) and optimize workflows for production readiness. The successful candidate will balance analytical skills with strategic foresight, collaborating effectively across diverse teams. This role involves:
- Designing and implementing data strategies to drive business growth, optimize operations, and promote an innovative culture.
- Building and deploying machine learning models to detect and prevent financial crimes, contributing to reduced fraud losses.
- Implementing Generative AI solutions for generating synthetic data to improve model accuracy.
- Developing scalable machine learning systems to handle millions of daily transactions, thereby reducing false positive rates in compliance alerts.
- Driving the use of advanced machine learning algorithms to identify patterns of sanctions evasion, reducing compliance investigation times.
- Conducting A/B testing on ML-driven compliance tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Applying model optimization and hyperparameter tuning to ensure high precision and recall in fraud detection and compliance applications.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven track record with Generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with LLM techniques (e.g., RAG, Agents, Graph RAG).
- Familiarity with both open-source (e.g., Llama, Gemma, Mistral) and closed-source (e.g., Open AI GPT, Azure Open AI, Claude, Gemini) LLMs.
- Proficient in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA).
- Strong expertise in Python, particularly within NLP and Generative AI frameworks.
- Experience with Generative Models including GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
- Knowledge of NLP algorithms for tasks such as intent recognition, entity extraction, language modeling, text classification, question answering, text summarization, and topic modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, API frameworks, and Docker is advantageous.
- Basic experience with databases like Qdrant and PostgreSQL is also a plus.
