Generative AI Engineer

We have an immediate job opportunity for a Generative AI Engineer position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring between 6 to 14 years of experience, with a notice period of immediate to 30 days.

Job Description:

• Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
• Develop and manage Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent workflows (Critical).
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and semantic search solutions using Vector Databases.
• Implement AI safety and governance controls, including content moderation, prompt protection, and responsible AI practices (Critical).
• Monitor AI solution performance, usage, and reliability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or similar tools.
• Develop and expose AI services through secure APIs and API Gateway platforms (Critical).
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Participate in solution design, stakeholder discussions, and technical reviews.

Required Skills:

• 6-9 years of overall IT experience with at least 2-3 years in AI Engineering.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock Agents.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Agentic AI Architecture (Critical)
  • Vector Databases & RAG Pipelines
  • Content Safety Frameworks (Azure Content Safety or equivalent) (Critical)
  • AI Monitoring & Observability (Azure Monitor, App Insights, etc.)
  • API Gateway Platforms (Azure APIM, AWS API Gateway, Kong, Apigee) (Critical)
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
