We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and optimize solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python and data science, hands-on experience with GPT-3.5 or similar models, and proficiency in customizing open-source LLMs for enterprise data. This role requires a deep understanding of generative AI workflows, machine learning principles, and advanced techniques such as fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Generative AI Development: Build, fine-tune, and deploy solutions using GPT-3.5 and open-source LLMs (e.g., Hugging Face models).
- Prompt Engineering: Write precise, efficient prompts to optimize LLM performance and token usage.
- Data Science and Machine Learning: Enhance generative AI models using machine learning techniques.
- Vector Database Management: Utilize vector databases for advanced retrieval techniques and indexing.
- Cloud and Hyperscaler Integration: Deploy generative AI solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work with cross-functional teams to implement innovative generative AI solutions.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and data science concepts.
- Hands-on experience with GPT-3.5 and at least one open-source LLM.
- Knowledge of embeddings, tokenization, and transformer models.
- Experience with vector databases and retrieval techniques.
- Proficient in deploying AI models on Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field focusing on data engineering, database design, or big data technologies.
