Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple small projects to facilitate quick customer transitions to the cloud.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing questions, concerns, and updates.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, sales, and other supporting functions.
- Aid sales teams in planning future cloud projects for customers.
- Transition completed projects to customers, Oracle consulting, or partners.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Lead several projects simultaneously to help customers adopt Oracle Cloud solutions, including databases and analytics.
- Ensure rapid project delivery, typically within 30 to 50 days.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the EMEA region, often in a remote setting.
