Project Overview:
The company has significant experience in complex airport projects and is currently considering candidates with transportation or complex public accessible building project experience to provide project management consultancy services for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage GIS maps using ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap to support various project functions in a PMC environment.
- Coordinate with project departments to design and implement GIS applications, including needs analysis, data modeling, programming, testing, and rollout.
- Manage geospatial databases and ensure interoperability with BIM/CAD tools.
- Perform data capture, analysis, and quality assurance for GIS products.
- Support field data collection workflows using Survey123, drones, and LiDAR.
- Integrate multiple data sources into the GIS portal for reporting and trend analysis.
- Maintain accurate geospatial documentation and keep current with GIS technology developments.
- Contribute to complex project planning and bids by developing technical approaches and execution plans.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. in Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or 8+ years of experience as a GIS Specialist or Analyst.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience using the Esri suite of products, including ArcGIS Server Advanced or ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Proficient in Esri desktop software (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro) and web-based GIS applications.
- Experience integrating with CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with programming languages (HTML, JavaScript, Python preferred).
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills may be advantageous.
