Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise web applications using .NET technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, backend services, and responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs).
- Build and maintain GIS applications and spatial data solutions using Esri technologies.
- Design, optimize, and support SQL Server databases and integrate with Oracle and MySQL where required.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using modern security frameworks and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical enterprise web applications.
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Experience leading development activities throughout the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, API integration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC Core, ASP.NET MVC 5, C#, RESTful Web APIs, WCF (SOAP) Services, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
GIS & Esri Technologies
- Proven experience building GIS applications using Esri APIs and SDKs.
- Experience with ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, ArcGIS Experience Builder, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap & ArcGIS Pro).
Database
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working with Oracle and MySQL databases.
Security
- Experience implementing application security using IdentityServer for ASP.NET Core, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
