How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Ensure installation work is carried out in perfect technical order and compliance with requirements.
- Conduct installation and maintenance work independently.
- Observe necessary accident prevention measures, particularly on live system components.
- Red-mark drawings/documents with any necessary changes during installation.
- Advise sub-supplier installation superintendents on planning and coordination of workforce.
- Cooperate with the Project Manager to establish the status of completed and non-completed work.
- Inspect incoming material for completeness and damage while coordinating material handling with sub-suppliers.
- Issue non-conformance reports for damage or missing equipment in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Supervise final installation tests and completion documentation.
- Coordinate loop check activities and participate in site meetings as required.
- Fulfill any tasks assigned by management to meet job requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Uphold the company’s core values of safety and integrity.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with GIS systems.
- Hands-on experience with SF6 gas handling.
- Familiarity with the company GIS products.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
