GIS I&C Supervisor

The company is seeking a GIS I&C Supervisor who will play a crucial role in assisting project managers and teams with the successful execution and completion of various projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning and executing project activities.
• Maintain and update project documentation and records.
• Coordinate project schedules, monitor deadlines, and prepare project status reports and presentations.
• Identify and communicate potential project risks and issues.
• Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for clear communication and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Manage project-related activities including filing, organizing, and maintaining documents (physical and digital).
• Support invoicing issues and maintain oversight of budget monitoring processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or diploma in Project Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or project support position.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Planning tools.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
