Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning and executing project activities.
- Maintain and update project documentation and records.
- Coordinate project schedules, monitor deadlines, and prepare project status reports and presentations.
- Identify and communicate potential project risks and issues.
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for clear communication and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage project-related activities including filing, organizing, and maintaining documents (physical and digital).
- Support invoicing issues and maintain oversight of budget monitoring processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or diploma in Project Management or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or project support position.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Planning tools.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
