We are seeking a GitOps Engineering Manager to lead a high-performance team, combining operations management, software engineering, and product development in a challenging role. The ideal candidate will be a Linux and operations expert with proven experience in managing teams and delivering software using infrastructure as code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team in daily agile devops practices
  • Represent the IS team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams
  • Organize, coordinate, and drive internal projects
  • Mentor engineers and improve their skills
  • Implement structured engineering and operations processes
  • Ensure prioritization on milestones and deliverables
  • Meet service level agreements with global customer deployments
  • Deliver quality managed services consistently and on time

What We Are Looking For:

  • A strong drive and the ability to exceed expectations
  • Proven experience managing devops teams for SaaS or similar offerings
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality
  • Technical aptitude for complex distributed systems
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and topologies
  • Ability to travel twice a year for company events (up to two weeks)
  • Exceptional academic record from high school and university

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Ubuntu system administration
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
  • Experience managing distributed teams
