Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics-Driven Business Implementation:

    • Track and monitor supply chain performance through data analytics.
    • Analyze customer requirements to create evidence-based project plans.
    • Manage implementation projects with clear KPI targets.
    • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and propose optimization strategies.
    • Develop and document business processes and system integration specifications.
  • Business Intelligence & Performance Management:

    • Design business intelligence frameworks for operational visibility.
    • Define and standardize KPIs related to volume, freight spend, and service levels.
    • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
  • Continuous Improvement & Optimization Initiatives:

    • Identify performance gaps through data analysis.
    • Apply improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and reliability.
    • Conduct quality audits of freight forwarding processes.
  • Performance Management Capability Building:

    • Develop training programs focused on performance management and KPI interpretation.
    • Provide coaching to foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent performance management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business implementation and continuous improvement within the logistics industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to transform data insights into actionable recommendations.
