Key Responsibilities:
- Vertical Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive vertical strategy, focusing on industry trends and supply chain management best practices in the Technology sector.
- End-to-End Solutions Expertise: Analyze logistics data, identify optimization opportunities, and spearhead the development of fit-for-purpose end-to-end solutions in collaboration with the solution engineering team.
- Key Account Management Support: Provide insights for end-to-end solutions tailored to customers' needs, coordinating and managing key account teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Thought Leadership and Training: Promote thought leadership by conducting training sessions, organizing customer events, and representing the company at industry conferences. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective collateral and PR materials.
- Vertical Sales Operations Support: Act as the Technology Vertical Leader in reporting, ensuring sales teams execute the strategy and align with regional objectives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially in the Technology industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful logistics and supply chain strategies contributing to business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in working with large datasets related to technology supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex logistics concepts to non-logistics stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment independently.
- Experience implementing Lean methodology and driving continuous improvement across operations.
- Familiarity with logistics technology (TMS, WMS, ERP systems) commonly used in the technology industry.
