In this highly visible global role, you will act as the central point of expertise, governance, and coordination for Power+, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and country stakeholders while leading the team of Regional Program Coordinators across multiple regions. You will combine strategic thinking, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to continuously enhance the impact and value of our early-career programs.

You will also lead cross-functional talent initiatives that support the company's People Strategy, helping us attract, develop, engage, and retain diverse emerging talent across the globe.

How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Act as the global focal point for the Power+ Graduate Program, providing expert guidance and support to HR teams, managers, and business stakeholders worldwide.
  • Drive the successful delivery of the program by ensuring activities are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with global objectives and governance standards.
  • Lead and coordinate the team of Regional Program Coordinators, fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and driving consistency and program excellence across regions.
  • Own and drive the global Early Careers strategy, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, and business priorities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to develop sustainable talent pipelines through various early-career opportunities.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across early-career programs.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Early Careers, Graduate Programs, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or related HR disciplines.
  • Proven ability to manage complex global programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Salary:
The minimum salary for this position is starting from €52,700 Gross Annual Salary. The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
