In this highly visible global role, you will serve as the central point of expertise for Power+, collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and country stakeholders while leading a team of Regional Program Coordinators across multiple regions. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, strong stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills to enhance the impact of our early-career programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the global focal point for the Power+ Graduate Program, providing expert guidance and support to teams worldwide.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of the program, ensuring timely and aligned executions with global objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with Regional Program Coordinators to drive consistency and excellence across regions.
  • Own the global Early Careers strategy while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to create sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Strengthen the company's employer branding and engagement initiatives with campuses.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with relevant educational institutions to attract diverse talent.
  • Design development journeys for early-career populations, focusing on onboarding and mentoring.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Early Careers, Graduate Programs, Talent Management, or related HR disciplines.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex global programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, and KPI management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a global organization.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Salary Information
The minimum salary for this position starts from 52,700 € Gross Annual Salary. The final offer will depend on candidate location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
