The GECC Transformation Leader will serve as the architect and catalyst of this change, partnering with functional leaders and regional teams to build a scalable, high-performing Global Solutions Center in India. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end transformation strategy and execution; own the full phased transformation roadmap from initial strategy approval through to full Global Solutions Centre readiness.
- Build and manage stakeholder alignment; develop a comprehensive Voice of Customer (VoC) program across all GA regions to understand pain points and design the transformation roadmap.
- Drive operational excellence and quality; define and implement core operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and champion AI-powered process automation.
- Lead capability building and talent strategy; partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to attract and retain engineering talent in line with growth plans.
- Design and support the organization; develop a scalable, sustainable organizational model for GECC India and implement structured progress reporting for the Steering Committee and Executive Leadership.
Who We're Looking For
You're a senior transformation and engineering operations leader with experience in building high-performing, globally distributed engineering organizations.
Required
- Formal education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in transformation, change management, or engineering and operations leadership roles.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Solid understanding of Grid Automation and Industrial Automation engineering domains.
Preferred
- Experience in setting up or scaling a Global Delivery Centre (GDC) or Engineering Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Familiarity with Grid Automation products and solutions and practical knowledge of Lean, Agile principles.
- Certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management (Prosci), or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
