Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research for target regions.
  • Prepare country entry business cases and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Lead license and permit applications with local regulators and authorities.
  • Liaise with external consultants, legal firms, and government agencies to ensure full compliance.
  • Maintain a repository of entity documents and regulatory updates.
  • Oversee entity formation, bank account openings, and hiring setup in new markets.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to achieve go-live readiness.
  • Manage localization projects, ensuring that app/website, payment methods, and customer care channels are adapted to the new country.
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver localized experiences.
  • Monitor expansion milestones, risk logs, and budgets; report progress weekly to leadership.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for all ongoing and upcoming markets.
  • Ensure newly launched entities are fully integrated into global governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align accounting, HR, and operations processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably involving entity setup, compliance, or multi-country operations.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
