About the Job: The Global Head of Experience Design will drive end-to-end user experience design for all Retail Bank Digital Products and Channels. This includes research, ideation, conception, prototypes, detailed journey and feature design, and copywriting across all the company operating locations. The role involves leading and mentoring a diverse and distributed team of designers, researchers, and copywriters. The Global Head of Experience Design will conceive, curate, scale, and deliver best-in-class digital user experiences that create material business and customer impact.
