About the Job:
The Global Lead Engineer (Back End) - Wealth at Mashreq is responsible for delivering and maintaining Digital Wealth applications and services to realize the organization's strategy in information technology. This position involves overseeing the technical aspects of various projects and features, collaborating with the Group Product Owner and Chapter Lead, and ensuring effective governance of engineers across different countries involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a holistic view of project contexts to determine priorities.
• Serve as a resource for the team when faced with technical challenges.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge base within the squad.
• Continuously improve personal and team coding standards, setting and enhancing coding rules.
• Demonstrate mastery of several back-end engineering languages and techniques, applying the best suited for individual situations.
• Write tutorials and provide training to junior and senior engineers.
