Key Responsibilities:

Drive the design, development, and delivery of intelligent, scalable, and secure user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with AI and LLM-powered backend systems.
Collaborate deeply with backend, AI/ML, and product teams to ensure frontend applications reflect the intelligence of the underlying systems while maintaining high standards of usability, performance, and ethical AI integration.
Maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge base within the squad and provide mentorship to junior and senior engineers.
Continuously improve coding practices and set standards for the team, ensuring optimal use of various frontend engineering languages and techniques.
Write tutorials and provide training to enhance team skills.
Determine project priorities and facilitate context-aware interactions across web and mobile platforms.
