Global Lead Engineer (Frontend)

The Global Lead Engineer (Frontend) plays a crucial role in delivering and maintaining IT applications and services that align with the company's strategy in information technology. This position is responsible for the technical aspects of projects and features, collaborating closely with the Group Product Owner and Chapter Lead.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing oversight and governance for engineers across all countries involved in project deliverables.
• Determining project priorities and improving technical practices within the team.
• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive technical knowledge base within the squad.
• Continuously enhancing coding standards and practices for both junior and senior engineers.
• Driving the design, development, and delivery of intelligent, scalable, and secure user interfaces.
• Orchestrating frontend components that interface with AI and large language model (LLM)-powered backend systems.
• Ensuring ethical AI integration and usability within frontend applications through collaboration with backend, AI/ML, and product teams.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in frontend engineering languages and techniques is essential.
