Acting as the senior interface between business stakeholders (Products, Operations, Finance), IT, and Shared Services, the role defines the digitalization pathway for Finance Operations, translating business needs into globally governed system solutions that advance the company’s integrated logistics and transformation agenda.
Key accountabilities include:
- Global enterprise scope across all Freight Forwarding regions and entities
- Strategic decision authority over Finance Operations systems and standards
- High executive visibility and interaction with global leadership
- Transformation ownership, not execution-only
- Risk, compliance, and governance accountability, not coordination
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Finance activities in Freight Forwarding
- Diploma in Data Science
- Proven experience in system development and training in the logistics industry
- Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control)
- Good knowledge of market-leading TMS systems and supply chain visibility applications
- Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects
- Strong understanding of Finance related activities in Freight Forwarding
- Goal and team-driven, good motivator and facilitator to ensure that set targets are achieved
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages may be beneficial.
