Global Manager - NPM Systems Operations & Enablement

The Global Manager - NPM Systems Operations & Enablement will be responsible for keeping the company Forwarding Pricing and Rate Repository tool (NPM) up to date, ensuring it runs stably and remains usable for the business. This role includes supporting the OPS Performance and Rate Management lead with continuous improvement activities and adapting the system in response to new requirements or localized needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning day-to-day system operations and monitoring.
• Managing incidents, defects, and system performance issues.
• Coordinating releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Acting as a bridge between IT, product owners, and business users.
• Driving user enablement through training materials, guides, and FAQs.
• Scheduling and conducting regular update trainings with super users in Freight Forwarding.
• Collaborating with Operational Excellence teams on system documentation.
• Supporting the onboarding of new countries, products, or users.
• Ensuring system uptime and incident resolution.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Logistics Freight Forwarding with in-depth knowledge of the logistics industry and its value drivers.
• A professional degree in freight forwarding would be an asset.
• Familiarity with operational procedures and price setting in Freight Forwarding.
• Capable of supporting and guiding teams at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to navigate senior corporate structures.
• Strong analytical capabilities (root cause analysis) and good written and oral communication skills.
• Open to adapting to a digital working environment.
• Proficient in English (oral and written); additional key languages are considered an asset.
• Strong PC skills, preferably in Windows and MS Office applications.
