This role supports New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, go-to-market initiatives, and sales execution by acting as a subject matter expert and market expert for the Medium Tractor Products group, which includes medium track-type tractors, pipelayers, and track-type loaders. The position involves partnering closely with sales and commercial teams to meet customers, understand their challenges, and influence product design to drive market success.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Global Marketing team and collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand customer needs regarding Medium Tractor Products.
  • Represent customer interests during the NPI process by consolidating unmet customer needs to influence new products and solutions.
  • Provide product application expertise and training related to applied technology, job efficiency, and safety.
  • Conduct product performance studies and assess customer job site efficiency to identify opportunities for incremental sales.
  • Manage marketing technology tools and develop a product roadmap to drive business growth.
  • Analyze industry sales trends and customer requirements to inform marketing strategies.

  • Experience in a global or regional role supporting multiple markets.

Work Conditions:

  • This role requires up to 50% business travel time.
