Global Program Manager II – Program Management

In line with the vision of being a global trade enabler, DP World seeks to develop multiple business lines to connect and enable the global movement of goods. This includes initiatives like e-commerce for buyers to discover what they want to buy and global logistics to deliver the goods to them. The DP World Ports & Terminals customer platform (CCS) provides fast, customer-friendly, and efficient online services to port users, partners, and ancillary service providers across DP World’s 70+ terminals. The CCS platform provides end-to-end visibility and control throughout the cargo/container’s journey across DP World Terminals.

Key Accountabilities

• Work closely with Group P&T product and engineering teams, DP World P&T Customer Portal product teams, and Group engineering and QA teams to crystallize scope and feature sets.
• Establish schedules for delivery, track milestones, and report on them.
• Build a strong rapport across multiple departments, resolve conflicts, and unblock projects by rallying the right set of people.
• Understand business objectives and make trade-offs that will maximize business value while minimizing delays.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World by promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in line with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values, and culture.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology.
• MBA with Operations, Supply Chain & Logistics or E-commerce specialization is a big plus.
• 8-10 years of program management experience in technology companies with a background in port operations, shipping lines, international trade, e-commerce, and logistics.
• Strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to influence others and the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, and prioritize with sound judgement.
