Global Services Security Business Development & GTM Lead

Global Services Security (GSS) Business Development plays a central role in AWS customers’ transformative cloud journeys, integrating people expertise and technology capabilities to shape customers’ end-to-end experiences with AWS security products and services. The Global Services Security BD segment leader for KSA is responsible for meeting and exceeding the GS Security segment revenue plans, associated bookings, pipeline creation, and customer acquisition goals. This role involves developing a high-performing team and leading an organization that continually raises the bar, keeping ahead of the needs of business development, specialist sales, and partner channel requirements for the segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve top line revenue, bookings, pipeline, and customer acquisition goals.
• Develop a data-driven perspective on role-mix, level-mix, and selling productivity to meet annual security revenue plans.
• Lead incubation business development for new services and offerings, identifying target customers and establishing repeatable sales motions.
• Integrate partner reach and value-add in the business development process with partners.
• Scale the business through the execution of go-to-market motions and mechanisms throughout AWS.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in security, compliance, and risk management.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales focused on security products or services.
• 5+ years in strategic business development roles with demonstrated results in influencing customer decision-making at the c-suite level.
• Proven track record in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• Experience writing technical articles and speaking at technology conferences.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud security.
• Advanced degrees in engineering or computer science.
• Visible thought leadership on cloud-based security technologies.
• Experience in developing and managing AI products at scale.
