About the Role
The Global Technology Lead Engineer for Front End is a pivotal position that encompasses the technical management of Digital Product Journeys. This role collaborates closely with both the Product Owner and Group Product Owner to ensure effective governance of engineering teams globally, ensuring alignment within the squad's deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the project landscape and prioritize tasks based on contextual needs.
• Serve as the primary resource for the team when technical challenges arise, providing guidance and support.
• Establish and maintain a technical knowledge base within the squad to facilitate learning and reference.
• Foster continuous improvement by challenging one’s own coding practices as well as those of junior and senior engineers; set established coding standards and enhance them over time.
• Leverage expertise in multiple front-end engineering languages and techniques to ensure optimal solutions are implemented based on specific project requirements.
• Create educational materials, including tutorials, and conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills.
