Go/Java Backend Developer

About the Job

As part of a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product owners, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and evaluating our product algorithms. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience as a backend engineer with strong expertise in Python.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong technical aptitude and good knowledge of computer science, data structures, operating systems, and networking.
  • Experience in building product infrastructure and distributed systems with microservices architecture.
  • Strong expertise with NoSQL and RDBMS.
  • Proficiency in FastAPI for API development.
  • Working knowledge of the ELK stack and message broker queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
  • Strong understanding of OOP, functional programming, and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to pivot complex data to answer business questions.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based platforms.
• Communication: Good communication and coaching skills; strong planning abilities to accurately estimate project timelines.
• Other: Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills showing a desire to remain current with industry technologies and standards.

Nice to Have

• Good appreciation for Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, and Hugging Face.
