Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the backend systems and APIs powering the platform, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionalities.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to enhance platform security, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Optimize database structures and queries for improved performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their integration where appropriate to elevate platform capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong command of Golang and Kubernetes.
- Experience with open-source databases such as PostgreSQL.
- DevOps experience, including containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Expertise in Linux.
- Proven track record of leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
