The company's Education division is dedicated to transforming the future of learning through technology. The Education Go-to-Market (GTM) team brings the company's portfolio of devices (e.g., Chromebooks), cloud services (e.g., Workspace for Education), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (e.g., Gemini) to K-12 and Higher Education institutions. We help educational systems modernize their environments and improve learning outcomes.
In this role, you will be a strategic leader in the region, driving major GTM initiatives and high-value partnerships. You will influence Vice President (VP)/Director-level stakeholders internally and externally, and serve as a model of sales excellence for the team. Responsibilities:
- Maintain significant overachievement of sales metrics (top 5% of organization), securing landmark agreements and cross-product area partnerships for Pakistan portfolio.
- Be a thought leader and trusted advisor by Chief-level officers in the industry beyond a specific account base.
- Initiate, lead, and deliver regional/global projects with Managing Director/VP visibility. Influence Product and Engineering teams.
- Be an exemplar of company values, leading complex cross-functional (e.g., inter-product area) projects and culture-lifting initiatives.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in technology sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Experience driving technology adoption strategy at a regional or global level.
- Experience leading large-scale GTM initiatives and negotiating landmark agreements.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate and influence across matrixed organizations (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering).
- Recognized thought leadership in the EdTech or Education sector.
