Responsibilities:
- Define smart city monetization strategy, revenue models, and commercial frameworks.
- Conduct cost estimation and budget structuring.
- Develop procurement strategy for Managed Services Integrator (MSI), Lead Managed Information Systems (MIS), and Systems Integration (SI).
- Prepare requests for proposals (RFP), statements of work (SOW), and bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare tender packages and evaluation criteria.
- Establish partnership strategies and agreements, including government and vendor partnerships.
- Conduct commercial models and benchmarking.
- Maintain an open-minded yet demanding approach with a human touch and a desire to transmit knowledge.
