About the role
You will be responsible for defining the smart city monetization strategy, revenue models, and commercial frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cost estimation and budget structuring
- Developing procurement strategies for Managed Services Integration (MSI), Lead Managed Information Systems (MIS), and Systems Integration (SI)
- Preparing Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Creating tender packages and evaluation criteria
- Formulating partnership strategies and agreements, including government and vendor partnerships
- Establishing commercial models and conducting benchmarking
