Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Risk Management: Support risk assessments and the development of tailored risk management solutions. Document risks and escalate issues to senior team members.
  • Compliance & Governance: Assist in implementing governance frameworks and policies aligned with best practices. Help ensure clients meet regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and risks and assist in preparing reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Learning & Knowledge Sharing: Engage in continuous professional development and share knowledge, case studies, and best practices with the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Legal, Sustainability, or Business Administration.
  • UAE national with a family book.
  • Minimum GPA 2.8 required.
  • Strong commitment to ethical conduct, KPMG’s Core Values, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
