Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst (UAE National)

As an Analyst in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Services, you will join KPMG Lower Gulf’s rapidly growing team, contributing to projects that shape the success of our clients across diverse industries. This role is an exciting opportunity for UAE Nationals to be part of our Emiratization Graduate Development Program, where you will gain hands-on experience, enhance your professional skills, and work alongside seasoned experts to deliver impactful solutions in risk management, compliance, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Risk Management: Support risk assessments and the development of tailored risk management solutions. Document risks and escalate issues to senior team members.
• Compliance & Governance: Assist in implementing governance frameworks and policies aligned with best practices. Help ensure clients meet regulatory compliance requirements.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and risks and assist in preparing reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Learning & Knowledge Sharing: Engage in continuous professional development and share knowledge, case studies, and best practices with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Legal, Sustainability, or Business Administration.
• UAE national with a family book.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 required.
• Strong commitment to ethical conduct, KPMG’s Core Values, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
