Governance Senior Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Governance Senior Specialist with 3–6 years of experience in governance framework development and implementation. The successful candidate will be skilled in governance structures, decision rights, policies and procedures, as well as committee governance. Familiarity with monitoring, reporting, and action tracking, particularly using Microsoft Power BI, is essential.

• Develop and implement governance frameworks.
• Establish and maintain governance structures and decision rights.
• Support policy and procedure governance.
• Support committee-level governance activities.
• Monitor and report governance activities.
• Track actions and decisions.
• Maintain governance documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders and prepare dashboards/reports.
