We have an opportunity for a Government, Industry & Partnerships Specialist to join the company Global (BG) team. This role will support the company's Vice President for Middle East and North Africa to establish and implement the company's strategic vision to achieve growth and productivity objectives.

The Global organization is responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategies. This position includes managing international government relations and coordinating the interface activities with governments and industry leaders across the aerospace sector.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interface regularly with company business units to enable an integrated approach to business and partnerships.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with stakeholders, including government entities and strategic partners.
  • Identify business development opportunities in regional growth markets.
  • Support execution of country and regional strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Act as a market expert, providing significant market intelligence and geopolitical insights.
  • Coordinate company Global Engagement activities across the Middle East and Africa.
  • Manage strategic and operational documentation to support business needs.
  • Support government relations and cross-functional initiatives in the region.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a regulated industry or a large governmental entity.
  • Willingness to travel, expected to exceed not more than 25% of the time.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience at a Fortune 500 company and/or consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to identify opportunities.
  • Evidence of successful interactions with governmental entities.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze findings, and prepare concise reports.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Work Conditions:

  • On-site, Full-time.
  • This position does not include relocation assistance; candidates must live in the immediate area or arrange relocation at their own expense.
