Responsibilities
- Set up business indicator systems for the Corporate Services team, analyze short-term anomalies, and provide long-term trend reports with valuable suggestions.
- Build dashboards based on indicator systems and establish a daily tracker to identify trends or potential blockers promptly.
- Perform various data analyses as per business needs, using qualitative and quantitative analysis to discover opportunities and resolve internal issues.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including the Operation team, Data Warehouse team, Product team, R&D, and Algorithm teams, to optimize data analysis conclusions and develop user-friendly data systems.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields, with experience in data statistics, analysis, or modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business problems into data modeling.
- A strong learning ability and curiosity, with the capacity to quickly acquire domain knowledge.
- Availability to start in Dubai in January, May, or September 2025.
Preferred qualifications:
- Internship experience in a tech company is preferred.
