Graduate Engineer - Civil

About the Role
As a graduate joining the business, you will engage in all elements of the ADVANCE program, which is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, aiding your transition from student to professional. The program lasts approximately 24 months, and successful completion is an indicator of strong performance in relation to other performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build analytic and design skills.
• Conduct engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Collect and analyze data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Use computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
• Perform work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
