Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems using CAD software and industry-standard tools
  • Conduct technical analysis and simulations to evaluate mechanical designs and optimize performance
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for engineering projects
  • Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions
  • Participate in design reviews and provide analytical insights to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet technical specifications
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation in compliance with company standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Perform calculations and data analysis related to mechanical systems and components
  • Assist in testing and validation activities to ensure designs meet performance requirements

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University
  • Candidates must be recent 2025 or 2026 graduates to be eligible for the Graduate Program.
  • Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
  • As part of the commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
