About the Role
The company Operation Centre (AOC) Graduate Engineer is responsible for working as part of a team that delivers and supports software implementations tailored to meet customer requirements for AOC and Digital Twin (DT). The Graduate Engineer will engage in projects that focus on Information Management and the Digital Twin domain for customers, overseeing the implementation from contract signing to final delivery and customer handover. A background in Oil & Gas (O&G) and Petrochemical business is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out service engagements with customers, including the implementation of standard and customized solutions, training, requirements gathering & analysis, solution definition, and software customization.
- Provide product usage support to customers.
- Liaise with global teams in solution development, documentation, deployment, and delivery.
- Ensure that projects are delivered as designed, on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary customer interface to ensure proposed solutions meet their business needs.
- Serve as the technical Point of Contact for ongoing support for critical customers requiring continuous technical relationship management.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
- Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and issues by diagnosing problems and providing appropriate technical solutions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Prior hands-on experience with AOC, DT, and legacy Wonderware products.
Desired Skills
- Basic scripting/programming knowledge (PowerShell, SQL, JavaScript, C#).
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Windows Server features such as IIS, COM+.
- Systematic troubleshooting skills for implementation issues, with the ability to seek technical aid when necessary.
- Understanding of abstract concepts such as classes, objects, attributes, and associations.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce technical specifications and training material.
- Experience working with Global Industries and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) in the mentioned areas is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in HMI development and design.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
