As a Graduate Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers and project managers on live projects across the GCC. Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, below:
- Support project delivery by applying engineering principles under supervision of senior engineers and project managers.
- Assist in the preparation of designs, drawings and technical deliverables.
- Contribute to the selection and adaptation of engineering solutions.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and prepare meeting notes and documentation.
- Support the preparation of project progress updates and reports.
- Assist in change control processes and project administration activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, authorities and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide general project support, including documentation, communications and meeting coordination.
- Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.
- Demonstrate safe, ethical and inclusive behaviours aligned to company values.
Candidate specifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental or similar) or a related field such as Data Science or Digital Engineering.
- Strong understanding of basic engineering principles and willingness to apply them in a practical environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and culturally diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop both technical and professional skills.
- Ability to manage workload and contribute effectively across multiple tasks.
Desirable
- Exposure to digital engineering, data analytics or computational design tools.
- Understanding of infrastructure sectors such as Buildings, Transport, Energy, Water or Land Development.
- Previous internship or project experience in an engineering environment.
- Interest in innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
