We’re looking for a Junior Partnerships Associate to join the company in Saudi Arabia! What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Head of Partnerships to deliver strategic programs that enhance the company’s presence and relevance across priority sectors.
  • Support ongoing engagements with key government and commercial stakeholders, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Executive Leadership, Talent Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Communications, Sales, and Global teams — to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of initiatives.
  • Conduct market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
  • Assist in the development of pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partnership programs.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and report progress against partnership and business objectives.
  • Support planning and execution of on-ground activations and brand presence at high-profile national events.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
  • Passion for the company, marketing, and excitement to participate in growing business and achieving results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A team player and a collaborator.
