What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Head of Partnerships to deliver strategic programs that enhance the company’s presence and relevance across priority sectors.
- Support ongoing engagements with key government and commercial stakeholders, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Executive Leadership, Talent Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Communications, Sales, and Global teams — to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of initiatives.
- Conduct market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
- Assist in the development of pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partnership programs.
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and report progress against partnership and business objectives.
- Support planning and execution of on-ground activations and brand presence at high-profile national events.

Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
- Passion for the company, marketing, and excitement to participate in growing business and achieving results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A team player and a collaborator.
