Graduate Program

About the Job
The Graduate program includes 8 months to 1 year of training with the company in collaboration with EIF, culminating in absorption into full-time roles with the company upon completion. The opportunity spans various areas within the company such as Wholesale Banking, Business Banking, Information Technology, Operations, Design & Innovation, Customer & Strategic Analytics, Wealth Management, and Islamic Banking.

Responsibilities

• You will be mentored and guided by industry experts, gaining hands-on experience as part of the next generation of professionals and leaders in the banking industry.
• You will be placed in one of our departments most relevant to your university degree and career aspirations.
• You will receive a structured and detailed learning plan to ensure you are trained and upskilled with the most critical skills for your department.

Requirements

• UAE National with a family book
• Fresh graduates in Finance, Accounting, Business Science, Digital Marketing, IT, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
• High commitment to the program
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and a high level of energy to contribute to a dynamic, global, and fast-paced work environment
• Good English language communication skills, both written and spoken
• A collaborative approach with the ability to learn and adapt
