Graduate Program Trainee

The Graduate program includes 8 months-1 year of training with RAKBANK in collaboration with EIF and absorption into full-time roles with the bank on completion. The opportunity will be across various departments such as Wholesale Banking, Business Banking, Information Technology, Operations, Design & Innovation, Customer & Strategic Analytics, Wealth Management, Islamic Banking, and more.

• You will be placed in one of our departments, most relevant to your university degree and career aspirations.

Requirements

• UAE National with a family book
• Fresh graduates in Finance, Accounting, Business Science, Digital Marketing, IT, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
• High commitment to the program
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and a high level of energy to contribute to a dynamic, global, and fast-paced work environment
• Good English language communication skills both written and spoken
• A collaborative approach with the ability to learn and adapt
