Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a hands-on bootcamp and work on real projects across multiple teams.
  • Build analytical tools and machine learning models (such as dashboards and ETLs) to support product launches.
  • Improve visibility in user sign-up flows and operational funnels.
  • Enhance and maintain data infrastructure to keep data accessible and reliable.
  • Collaborate with teams across Operations, Growth, and Product to refine features and uncover insights.
  • Support decision-making with ad-hoc analysis.
  • Learn from industry leaders and align with team priorities through weekly meetings.
  • Manage tasks, track progress, and communicate key outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

  • A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade) in computer science, maths, physics, or a related field.
  • Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
  • Impressive Python and SQL skills.
  • A foundation in maths and statistics.
  • An interest in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or ML engineering.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Full-time availability from early or late 2027.
  • Ability to attend a the company office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week.

Visa and Relocation Support:
The Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UK, or the UAE. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation (conditions apply).
