The Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates eager to start their careers in technology. Over 12 months, participants will join engineering teams, work on real-world projects, and engage in structured training to develop industry-relevant skills. Top performers may secure full-time roles post-programme.

As an Information Security Engineering Graduate, you will support monitoring, detecting, and responding to security threats, ensuring the protection of systems and data utilized by millions. You’ll collaborate with experienced Security Engineers and gain hands-on expertise in security operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop capabilities for security monitoring and response platforms.
  • Analyze security alerts to detect potential threats.
  • Respond to security incidents and collaborate to remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Automate and enhance security processes.
  • Conduct threat hunting and develop solutions for risk detection.
  • Utilize advanced tools for security analysis and collaboration on complex challenges.

Qualifications:

  • A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree or equivalent in a relevant STEM field (e.g., computer science, maths, physics).
  • Recent graduates from 2025, 2026, or 2027.
  • A portfolio showcasing coding projects or open-source contributions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to spend at least 3 days in the office (hybrid role).
