Graduate Programme 2027: Product Designer

The company is on a mission to provide more visibility, control, and freedom over money since 2015. With a customer base of over 75 million, we offer a range of products to help customers manage their finances. Our Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates looking to kickstart their careers in fintech. Over a span of 12 months, participants will engage in real projects and make an immediate impact. Structured training and hands-on experience will guide the development of skills across various business areas.

We are seeking Graduate Product Designers who are eager to shape end-to-end customer experiences, creatively solve problems, and design products that resonate with users. Design at the company requires a balance of creativity and attention to detail, as we aim to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to understand customer and business challenges.
• Conduct user research and share insights to inform design decisions.
• Create end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address user needs effectively.
• Facilitate customer testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Work with engineering teams to implement design solutions.
• Review product performance post-release and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Achieved or predicted 2:1 (or equivalent) in a degree in design or a related field.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
• Available full-time from early or late 2027.
