We are seeking Graduate Product Designers who are eager to shape end-to-end customer experiences, creatively solve problems, and design products that resonate with users. Design at the company requires a balance of creativity and attention to detail, as we aim to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to understand customer and business challenges.
- Conduct user research and share insights to inform design decisions.
- Create end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that address user needs effectively.
- Facilitate customer testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Work with engineering teams to implement design solutions.
- Review product performance post-release and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
- Achieved or predicted 2:1 (or equivalent) in a degree in design or a related field.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
- Available full-time from early or late 2027.
