The Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates looking to kick-start their tech careers. Over the 12-month programme, participants will join engineering teams to work on real-world projects and challenges that contribute to the company's mission. Those who excel may receive an offer for a full-time role upon completion of the programme.

About the Role:
The Technology team at the company is responsible for building the systems and experiences that drive the platform. We are seeking problem-solving Android Engineers to design and deliver features utilized by millions of users. Our tech stack includes Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, RxJava, Coroutines, Dagger, Retrofit, and adheres to a TDD approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Designers on feature design and prototyping
  • Shape user experiences from wireframes to implementation
  • Build elegant solutions in partnership with design and product teams
  • Define and maintain visual guidelines for consistency across the app
  • Prototype new interactions based on feedback
  • Develop expertise with the Android SDK
  • Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes
  • Share updates with global teams and learn from senior engineers

Requirements:

  • A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
  • Graduation year: 2025, 2026, or 2027
  • A portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions
  • Degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a similar field
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven approach
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Full-time availability from early or late 2027
  • Ability to attend a company office at least 3 days per week
