The Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to kick-start their careers in tech. Over the span of 12 months, participants will join engineering teams to tackle real-world projects and face challenges that create an impact. There will be structured training, hands-on experience, and mentorship from experts, with opportunities for top performers to be offered full-time roles at the end of the programme.
The Technology team at the company is responsible for building the systems and experiences that keep the company moving forward. They focus on delivering meaningful impact through web technologies and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Designers on new feature designs and prototypes.
- Build user interfaces from wireframes and mockups to release.
- Define and maintain visual guidelines for the app's consistency.
- Prototype and iterate new interactions based on feedback.
- Manage tasks, track progress, and deliver outcomes.
- Share updates with global teams and collaborate with senior engineers.
- Use feedback and reviews to accelerate personal development.
Requirements:
- A predicted or achieved 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in computer science, maths, physics, or a similar field.
- Graduation date in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
- A portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions.
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Availability for full-time work from early or late 2027.
- Ability to attend a company office at least 3 days per week.
